December 20, 2010, A Memorial Blood Drive in honor of City Councilman Jim Thompson will be held on Wednesday, January 5th, 2011 in the lobby of the City of Erie Municipal Building, 626 State Street, from 10:30 AM until 4 PM. All blood types will be accepted and everyone who donates will be entered to win a $100 Wegmans Gift Card. Limited parking will be available on State Street, in front of City Hall.
